There are so many benefits to getting regular massage treatments. By keeping the muscles loose, we can maintain proper posture, reduce the risk of subluxations, and reduce headaches, aches and pains. Many people wait until they are in extreme pain before booking a massage. By waiting so long their quality of life suffers and they usually require multiple massage treatments and chiropractic adjustments. Also, more people are spending their days hunched over a computer, staring down at a device. This wreaks havoc on our upper back and neck. We haven’t even begun to see what affects this will have on us in old age. Thankfully there is strong movement towards preventative health.
